The hotel has some great amenities, especially the pool area which was really enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and promptness of service left a lot to be desired. Our experience was a mixed bag due to several maintenance issues and a lack of responsiveness from staff, which overshadowed the positives.

Our stay at the resort was quite a mix of good and bad. While we enjoyed the beautiful pool area, the over-crowded conditions made it hard to find a spot to relax. The townhouse we stayed in was spacious, but it left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and comfort, which was disappointing. The accessibility to Disney was great, making it convenient for our family vacation, but we felt like the overall experience could have been much better.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Regal Palms Resort, enjoying the spacious townhouse which offered great value for the price. The resort’s pool was fantastic, providing a relaxing spot to soak up the Florida sun. On the downside, our experience with the maintenance company was frustrating, as they were unprofessional and disrupted our mornings, impacting the overall convenience of our stay.

The resort offers a truly delightful experience with well-maintained amenities and a friendly atmosphere. My unit was exceptionally clean and comfortably cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The pool was another highlight, kept spotless and at a perfect temperature. However, the dining options could use some variety, especially at the pool bar, which was nice but a bit basic and pricey.

My stay at Regal Palms was a mixed experience. While the location was relatively close to the Disney parks and there was a nice lazy river for the kids, I faced some challenges with the condition of our unit and the overall management. It wasn't all bad, but I think there are definitely better options available if you're looking for a more seamless experience.
